I started mountain biking with the Young Riders program in Park City when I was 8 years old. I quickly got hooked and continued riding each summer with them until I became an assistant coach when I turned 12 years old. I've continued coaching for the past 4 years. I joined the Park City High School MTB team as an 8th grade Junior Devo. I finished my Sophomore year season as the JVA points leader and won my division and was awarded my Varsity Letter. This summer I took 2nd place overall in the I-Cup Race Series. I’m ready to work hard, push myself and “Accel” to the next level. Mountain biking is my passion and I’m excited to see what the future brings.

I am based out of Layton, Utah. I love long hours in the saddle and hard climbs. I love racing my bike but even more than that I love the process of training, setting out each day with a plan and goal in mind. I’m very excited for the opportunity to push my limits this season on and off the bike with the help of Accel.

Trenton Nielson

Picture
My name is Trenton and I am 16 and a first year 17-18 racer. I am from  St. George, Utah and love it here. I like racing all kinds of bikes including XCO, XCM, gravel or even road. When I am not racing or training I like to participate in speech and debate where I do Extemp and Lincoln Douglas debate. Some of my best results last year were a 3d place at BWR UT 70 mile. And a 5th at the sea otter Fuego XL.

Tanner Antinori

I am very excited to enter my 4th season with Accel Cycling as I focus my season around the US gravel series and other endurance events. I enjoy spending time in the mountains all throughout the year whether that be biking, skiing, running, or camping. To keep my fitness up and find a balance in the off season I race ski mountaineering.

Olive Hawkes

I’m 14 years old and live in sunny St. George.  I had a blast riding XC mtn biking for my first year with NICA and won 2nd place at my first race! My favorite ride to have fun is Bear Claw Poppy and I love the Soldier Hallow race course. When I’m not on my bike, I’m into all things art, reading, and traveling.  I can’t wait to hit the trails and learn everything I can riding with Accel Cycling!

Biking is most enjoyable when I'm pushing myself and exceed expectations. I love that I can be in the outdoors amongst nature riding a bike and having fun. My other hobbies include playing the piano, listening to music, fishing, hiking, backpacking, art, soccer, bike mechanic, and making movies.

Lacie Munns

I have been racing my bike since I was 7 years old and I haven’t stopped since! This year I will be racing in the 17-18 category in UCI and Varsity in NICA. I love being outdoors and going on many adventures! I am so excited to race with Accel and can’t wait for the 2025 season!

Oscar Sattelmeier

Picture
My name is Oscar Sattelmeier, I’m looking forward to an awesome year of racing! I love riding my local Park City trails and skiing in the winter with my friends.

Lucas Bone

I found my love for mountain biking when I joined my school's mountain bike team. My first race was at Three Peaks, and I placed 4th. I was in love with the sport, and I couldn't stay off my bike. Since then, I found my way to Accel Cycling, and I've been training my way up the leaderboard ever since. My favorite local trail is Zen, short and steep with a good technical descent. When I'm not mountain biking or road biking, I'll be either dirtbiking or practicing guitar

Kaitlyn Brown

Picture
I was introduced to mountain biking my 7th grade year, when I joined my local NICA Junior Devo team. I won my first race handily, frightening me due to the attention I received. I
continued mountain biking, and podiuming in my local NICA races, but focused on highly competitive soccer. Summer of 2023 my focus changed and I decided to bring it. I finished that NICA year with the leader jersey, and Regional JVA champ, and a fire to compete at elite levels. While I'm not on my bike I love to ski the slopes, and slamming the soccer ball back into the soccer net.

Josh Dalley here I love to mountain bike. My current ride is a 2024 specialized epic World Cup expert in a beautiful electric green. I love xc races and endurance races, the feeling of accomplishment after an endurance race is unmatched. I’m willing to extend myself to obtain my goals and work hard and push through the pain and struggle. My favorite races I have competed in are the 25hrs at frog hollow solo, sea otters fuego xl and vail lakes xct races.

Jordan POrter

My name is Jordan Porter, and I am a dedicated, competitive cyclist based in southern Utah. I have been racing for Accel since the start And couldn’t ask for a better team. I have been racing at a high level for the past six years and am honored to be the newly crowned USA Cycling National Champion in both XCO and XCC for the 19-29 age group.

Crew Melchior

I am a freshman from utah valley and am excited for my first season on the Accel team! I first tried mountain biking at 10 years old but didn't really get into it until we moved to Utah and I was able to join my local NICA team in 7th grade. I have really grown to love mountain biking because of the physical and mental challenge it presents while also being tons of fun! My favorite trail system to ride is corner canyon. One of my favorite biking memories was my first win at the snowbasin race for NICA in 7th grade. I am most looking forward to meeting new people through the Accel team who also love biking and trying out some endurance races for the first time.

I like to draw at school and at home. I have also wrestled for 10 years. I am very excited for my first year on the Accel team

My main discipline is XC and STXC racing but love everything on two wheels! I also love to wakeboard and hang out with friends when I’m not on my bike!

Chase Nielsen

I am a 14-year-old mountain biker who loves exploring new trails, training hard, and spending as much time as possible in the saddle. I am excited to be part of Accel Cycling’s 2025 national team because I want to elevate my racing skills across various bike racing styles. When I'm not riding, I enjoy developing websites, games, and apps. I participate in several computer science-related competitions, including CyberPatriot and FBLA.

Aidan Smith

Picture
I am a 15-year-old from the sunny town of Scottsdale, AZ. My love for the outdoors is evident in my fascination with cycling. Whether tearing up mountain trails on my Jibe Hardtail, cruising down roads on my grandpa's Lemond road bike, or hiking in national parks, I find pure joy in the physicality of it all. When I'm not on wheels, you'll likely find me immersed in the pages of a good book. Reading is my escape, a journey into different worlds and perspectives. History, in particular, has a special place in my heart. I love exploring the stories of the past and understanding how they shape our present. I love playing war games and strategy games on my computer.

Addisyn Lundberg

2025 will be my 4th season with Accel and I am looking forward to racing the 17-18 category!  I just finished a successful high school racing season as Region 1 Varsity Leader and then ended with a P3 Varsity girls podium at MTB States.  I am excited about the upcoming 2025 race season and the training I will focus on to help me achieve next season's goals.  When I am not on my bike, I enjoy skiing, working out and hanging with friends.

Adam Stewart

I live in Lehi, Utah, and love long road rides in American Fork Canyon and early morning MTB rides along Utah's Wasatch Front. This is my second season racing with Accel. Last year, I podiumed in 2 US Pro Cup Series races: Vail Lake Temecula, CA and MTCX Missoula, MT. I have been featured twice as an athlete on Fox13News and KSL News, both in partnership with Intermountain Health promoting helmet safety. I continue to look for opportunities to serve the community by raising awareness for helmet safety. Let’s go ACCEL!

Ryder Warnock

I am super excited to ride for Accel in 2025! I also ride for the American Fork High School mountain bike team. I have been riding my bike since 7th grade and I love it - from short track to century’s. I like ripping trails all over Utah with my favorites being Jacob’s Ladder in Draper, Utah and Three Peaks trailhead in Cedar City. I’m hoping to use this opportunity to race and train to the best of my abilities. LET’S GO ACCEL!!

WYATT KNOOP

Picture
Wyatt Knoop is a freshman at Career Tech High School. He has been studying the engineering pathway this last year but will switch to construction in the 2025/26 school year. He loves the fast pace and team building that mountain biking provides. He and his friends spend a lot of time riding local trails and hitting the jumps wherever they can find them.
Wyatt and his family travel a lot looking for new adventures when they have free time. In his spare time he plays video games, builds legos and plays with his dog.
He’s looking forward to strengthening his skills through rides on the Accel Team
